Justice of the Peace

University of Otago 150th Anniversary Tree
On February 28th, 2019, a one metre tall kauri tree was donated and planted on the University of Otago grounds, as a commemorative gift to celebrate the university's 150th anniversary. As an alumnus, and current member of staff, I have a long association with both the University, and Dunedin, which has been my home base for many years. I still enjoy walking past this kauri every summer as it continues to grow taller.
Our Seas Our Future Charitable Trust
In 2011, my passion of the marine environment created Our Seas Our Future, an initiative with a mission to protect New Zealand’s coastal and marine ecosystems through advocacy, education, and environmental stewardship, ensuring that they are managed sustainably and protected for future generations. You can contribute to this organisation's efforts, by volunteering your time, expertise, or funding.
